She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Slagle and Margaret Slagle (Rinker); her husband Donald G. Hough; and her siblings, Homer Slagle and Mary Hatton.
She is survived by: her children, Darla D'Ettorre (Victor) of Cincinnati, OH and David Shirey (Mary) of West Virginia. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
