He was predeceased by: his parents, Theron Smith and Helen Smith (Wheeler); his wife Frances Genevieve Smith (Mitchell); and his brother-in-law Ivan Rogers. He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Smith (Dick), Patricia Miller (Tom), Karen Martin, Barbara Smith and Carol Kathleen 'Kathy Smith; his grandchildren, Mark Smith (Melissa), Paul Smith, Erika Miller, Andrea Miller, Nicholas Miller (Karen), Matt Martin (Stephanie), Amy Walliser (Jeff), Stacey Sutherland (Jason), Laura Weaver (Neil), Mandi Paseka (Ryan) and Seth Genter; and his sister Margaret Ann Rogers.
