He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Hall (Ousley); his children, David Hall (Bonnie) of Willard and Debbie Hall of Plymouth; and his grandchildren, Brittany Kitzler (Cory), David C. Hall (Kristy), Megan Caulder (Payne) and Daniel Hall.
