She was predeceased by: her father Victor Perez. She is survived by: her mother Andrea Samboys; her daughter Madeline Rodriquez Samboys; her siblings, Natividad Medez Samboys, Inocencio Samboy and Pedro Antonio Mendez Polanco; her cousin Guadalupe Sambois-Taveras (family: Orlando Taveras, Lisbeth Taveras); her nieces, Patricia and Yesenia; her friends, Karol, Maria, Josefina, Reina, Silvia Morla and Anny Sterling; and her aunts and uncles, Cristina Sambois, Cruz, Marina Rivera, Leoncio Sambois, Tomas Sambois, Joaquin Sambois and Rafael Mendez. She is also survived by her siblings, her nieces and nephews, her friends, her family, her church family, her brothers and sisters.
