He was predeceased by: his father Michael D. Sparkman; his grandparents, Jeanette, Homer Sparkman and Urban Arbogast; and his close friend Andrew Shirk.
He is survived by: his mother Pauline Fey (Arbogast); his children, Michael C. Sparkman, Austin Hughes (Tiffany), Aaron Morrow, Cody Sparkman (Taylor), Donovan Sparkman, Kaden Sparkman, Serenity Sparkman and Jessica Hopkins; his grandmother Dorothy Arbogast; and his sisters, Cindy Hight (Pete), Honey Smith (Brian), Samantha Fey (Jeremy) and Dolly Fey (Chad). He is also survived by 5 nieces and nephews and one great niece.
