He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricio Batrez and Secundina Batrez (Serpas). He is survived by: his children, Angel Batrez, Jorge Batrez, Walter Batrez, Samuel Batrez, Carlos Batrez, Maria Chavez, Martha Batrez, Dina, Delgado and Marlene Batrez (Ada Batrez). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and a great-great grandchild.
