He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Hall and Stella Hall (Osborne); and his siblings, Tracey Hall, Glenn Hall, Ernest Hall, Benny Hall, Paul Hall Clayton Hall, Carrol Hall, Lorette Martin, Aileen Springer and Irene Hamilton.
He is survived by: his wife Uvonnie Hall (Moore); his daughters, Josie Irby of Chesapeake, Virginia, Carrie Ryman (Tim) of Albion, Indiana, Tracy Blevins (Steve) of Portsmouth, OH, Christina Fry (Jeff) of New Haven, Ohio, Tonya Hicks-Schaffer (Dave) of New London and Emily Moore of Columbus, Ohio; and his siblings, Rosalee Martin (Raymond) of Drift, Kentucky, Judy Newsome (Whitey) of Warsaw and Raymond Hall (Betty) of Florida. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
