He is survived by: his daughter Kathie Kammer of Sandusky, Ohio; his grandchildren, Kolby, Joey, Tyler Kammer of Sandusky and Amber Batchelor Akers of Sandusky; his great grandchildren, Madelyn Batchelor and Kacey Winters of Sandusky; and his siblings, Jim Polachek (Ann) of Willard, Jean Hutchinson (Jim) of Willard and Carolyn Cummings (Al) of Ashland. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
