He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rogers and Josephine Rogers (Wisner); his wife Winona Sue Rogers (Lewis); and his siblings, Rachel, Emma, Margaret "Peg", Eleanor, Katherine, David, Robert, Bill, Donald, Jim, Frank and Glenn.
He is survived by: his sons, Greg A. Rogers of California, Richard Lee Rogers of Greenwich, Robert Scott Rogers of Centerton and Mark Rogers of Centerton, Ohio; and his brothers, Ivan Rogers of New Castle, PA and George Rogers of New Castle, PA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
