He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Predieri (Sparks); his son Michael E. Predieri; his siblings, Isaiah "Ike", Rosemary Baldridge (Hank) and Patricia Hartley (Jim Gainey); and his parents, Ralph Predieri and Mary Predieri (Janice Kinsey).
He is survived by: his children, Jeff (Nettie) and Stephanie Kamp; his grandchildren, Brittaney, Michael Wallace, Jessica Predieri, Robert, David and Beth Nelson; his great grandchildren, Geno Cuda, Madalyn Wallace, Camden, Zoey and Addyson Nelson; his brother Gene Predieri (Peggy); and his sibling's children, Don Sparks, Janet Ryerson (Richard), Bonnie Albright (Gary) and Kendra Ryerson (Ben). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorial Donations may be made in Sam Predieri's name to the Huron County Humane Society or the Willard Area Food Bank.
