He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Kilgore and Juanita Kilgore; his parents-in-law, Leon and Geneva Parrigan; his stepchildren, Gennifer Collins and Billy Collins Jr.; his stepgrandson Joshua Collins; his siblings, Lindsey Kilgore, Patricia Schultz (Clifford), James Merritt (Shirley) and Elisabeth Kilgore; his brothers-in-law, John Schultz, Nicholas Bowling and Timothy Parrigan; and his nephew Jamie Wolfgang.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Kilgore (Parrigan); his daughters, Dr. Alethea Kilgore and Rachel Adams (Mike); his grandchildren, Kennedy, Camden, Keaton Adams, Kimberly, Ashley, Chyann, Michael and Leland Collins; his siblings, Fadanna Schultz, Marie Fields (John), Ellis Kilgore and David Kilgore (Sandy); his siblings-in-law, Deborah Bowling, Patricia Greer (Harold), Dona Wolfgang (ED) and Terry Parrigan; and his cousins, Larry Holbrook, Loyal and Bree Ella. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
