He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy and Alma Collins, Sr. (Predieri); and his siblings, Helen Ellison and James "Butch" Collins. He is survived by: his wife Leah Collins (Lasala) of Willard; his children, Mark Collins (Kimberly) of Plymouth, OH and Michelle Collins (Mike) of North Carolina; and his grandchildren, Kaila, Dodge, Kade and Brody. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
