She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel C. Hornsby; and her sister Donna Lee Behne (Ken). She is survived by: her children, Michael Hornsby (Connie) and Michelle Thacker (Jim); her grandchildren, Michael Hornsby II (Heather), Wesley Thacker and Carly Thacker; her great grandchild Owen Hornsby; and her brother Bill Kurtz (Mary).
