He is survived by: his wife Kathiann Smith; his children, Jonathan Smith, Zachary Smith (Andrea) and Victoria Wong (David); his grandsons, Anderson and Benedict Wong; his parents, Barbara Smith and Roger Smith; and his siblings, Jessica O'Connor (Daniel), David Smith, Roger Smith (Leenie), Andrew Smith (Donna) and Jean Smith. He is also survived by his in-laws, cousins, and his many nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Gabriel Catholic Church (9925 Johnnycake Ridge Rd, Mentor, OH 44077). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
