He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marianne; his children, Connie Larkman (William) of Cleveland, Patricia Zappola (Charles) of Willoughby Hills, Thomas Newsome (Beverlee) of Tampa, Fla., Christopher Newsome (Rose) of Willoughby and Gary Newsome (Hallie) of Olmsted Falls; his siblings, Eleanor Creech (late Billy Ray) of Selma, NC and William Russell Newsome (Betty Jo) of Garner, NC; his grandchildren, Kathleen Newsome (Brendan Dolan), Mary-Christina Seipel (Shane), Giovanna, Jenna, Mercedes Newsome, Carla Schaeperkoetter (Matthew), Alyssa Saluan (Mark), Joseph (Anastasia Pintur), Noah (Jessica), Nicholas, Robert, Frank Newsome and Charles Zappola; his great grandchildren, Sean Newsome Dolan, Jack Saluan, Sebastian Seipel, Ford Schaeperkoetter and Amelia Newsome; and his parents, Oscar Odis and Carrie Pearl Gurley Newsome. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
