He is survived by: his mother Shirley Zakraysek; his siblings, Alan (Rusty), Jan Rozehnal and Lynne Sivillo (Frank); and his siblings' children, Jamie Gilbert (Wade), Joe Rozehnal (Melissa), Justin Dearden and Isabella Sivillo. He is also survived by his 1 great nephew and 3 great nieces.
