She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Smith and Mary Smith (Cooper); her son Rodney Lewis; and her sister Phyllis Vandervort. She is survived by: her children, Kim Milnickel (Tom) of Blanchester, Steve Lewis (Juanita) of Clarksville and Angie Stanforth of Roanoke, Virginia; her grandchildren, Merissa Hauptstueck (Austin) of John Paul, Flexner, Jason Flexner (Shauna) and Danielle Bolser; her great grandchild Arya Mae; her nephew Mike Vandervort; and her cousin Sharon Cooper.
