He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Waddell and Elizabeth Bean Waddell; his wife Elizabeth VanPelt Waddell; his daughters, Janet Barrett, Karen Perry (Allen), Cindy Howe (Chuck), Joan Hinman and Beth Habermehl (Terry); his grandchildren, Ellen Barrett, Laura Barrett, Ross Barrett, Kristen Perry Gribbons, Austin Perry, Christopher Perry, Phillip Howe, Alex Howe, Jordan Howe Cohen, Carolyn Hinman, Joe Hinman, Mary Anne Hinman McDonald, Elizabeth Habermehl Kraatz and Patrick Habermehl; and his sister Darlene Woodmansee. He was also cherished by fifteen great-grandchildren.
