He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Rutledge and Myrtle Rutledge. He is survived by : his wife Gloria Ward Fulkerson; his daughters, Tami Rutledge and Tonya Meeks; his stepchildren, Eric Fulkerson, Lori Blair (Tim) and Judy Neville (Chris); his son Duane Caplinger; and his sister Esther Crownover.
