He was predeceased by : his parents, Tracy Blackburn and Evelyn Blackburn (Isaacs). He is survived by : his children, Dan Blackburn of Cincinnati, Kelly Wurster (Chris) of Middletown and Shawn Blackburn (Patricia) of Felicity; his grandchildren, Chase, Isaiah and Moriah; and his sister Teresa Tabor of Hillsboro. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 13th 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Clinton County Memory Gardens (1628 Center Rd, Wilmington, OH 45177).
