It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leta Faye Shaffer of Woodville, Ohio, born in Gibsonburg, Ohio, who passed away on April 11, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Cecil G. Peck and Matilda Peck (Aldrich); and her sisters, Janice, Shirley, Mary and Karen.
She is survived by : her great grandchild Leta; her husband James A. Shaffer; her children, Rick Shaffer of Woodville, Debbie Mercer (Jeff) of Woodville and Tammy Gerwin (Fred) of Gibsonburg; and her brother Allen C. Peck (Karen) of Gibsonburg. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
