She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Demas Sammons; her children, Jim Sammons (Charlotte) of Summerville, SC, Norma Jean Linkhart of Xenia, OH and Thelma Knechtly of West Union, OH; and her grandchildren, Timothy Knechtly of Columbus, OH, Donetta Calderon (Jose) of O'Fallon, IL, Jessica Engle of Alexandria, KY and Jocelyn Williams of Summerville, SC. She was also cherished by 9 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
