He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Valley and Bettylou Valley (Rosskamp); his wife Renee Keirn (Humphreys); his children, Ryan McClafferty of Pittsburgh, PA, Erin Rae Keirn of New Bern, NC and Christopher Keirn of Xenia; his sister Roberta Honse of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Monica Griffin (Michael) of New Mexico, Brennan, Kiera and Colin McClafferty of Pittsburgh, PA; his great grandchild Miles Griffin of New Mexico; and his niece Michelle Honse of Pittsburgh, PA..
A reception was held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McColaugh Funeral Home (826 N Detroit St, Xenia, OH 45385).
