He was predeceased by: his father Charles Edward Jenkins; his sister Inez Louise Hahn; his niece Teena Louise Hahn; and his brother-in-law Terry Toner. He is survived by: his children, James E. Jenkins Jr., James Martin Wenzler, Josh James Hayslip, Jacob Alan Hayslip and LeeAnn Nicole Hayslip; his mother Deana Jenkins; and his siblings, Terry Jenkins (Jody), Phyllis Toner and Michelle Markle. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
