In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Lajoie leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Lajoie may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lula Ray (Bunch) and Louis Cheney; her husband Jack Culbertson; and her son Ron Culbertson (Cynthia). She is survived by: her children, Carol Culbertson of Springfield, Ohio, Nancy Crawford (Scott) of Bainbridge, Ohio, Barbara Richey (William) of Xenia, Ohio, David Culbertson (Cynthia) of Aurora, Ohio and Roger Culbertson (Jennifer) of Fairborn, Ohio. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jones Kenney Zechman Funeral Home (1002 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
