She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawrence Stephens and Wilma Stephens; her husband Kenneth Lurz; and her siblings, Helen Diller and Wendell Stephens.
She is survived by : her children, Chris Mikesell, Dennis Mikesell (Kevin), Michael Mikesell (Karen), Mark Lurz (Ann), Kimberly Boes (Thomas) and Rebecca Lurz; her brothers, Marvin Stephens, Alton Stephens (Carol) and Gary Stephens (Connie); and her sister-in-law Norma Graber. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
