He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dunwoody and Goldie Dunwoody (Burns); his wife Ermil Evonne Dunwoody (Shope); and his sister Brida Ortner. He is survived by: his daughters, Sally Peterson (Richard) of Molokai, Jane Good (David) of Yorkshire and Sue Dunwoody (Craig Dieringer) of Schoolcraft, Michigan; his grandchildren, Julia, Amy, Cami, Jennifer, Rebecca, Aaron and Micheal; and his great grandchildren, Katie, Felicia, Toby, Paige, Ben, Lia, Nani, Madden and James.
Due to COVID 19 the family is not holding a public funeral.
