He was predeceased by: his parents, Loss Valentine and Leanna Jones (Brule); and his stepfather Bill Jones. He is survived by: his wife Holly Valentine (Koger); his children, Abram Keenan of Parker City, Maryjane Valentine of Muncie, Jeromy Weaver of Maria Stein, Emberlyn Weaver of Maria Stein and Arthur Weaver of Maria Stein; and his sister Traci Franklin of Muncie.

Memorial contributions may be given to the family for The Father's Rights Movement.
