Tice IV of Youngstown and Christine Tice of Warren; his sisters, Donna Beal (Bruce) of Austintown, Fran Petherbridge (Andy) of Warren, Cheryl Ellis of Youngstown, Kim Peterson (Jim) of Niles, April Walp of Niles and Holly Farley (Scott) of Niles; his grandchildren, Ariana and Joselynn; and his friend Loraine Tice.
