She is survived by: her children, Justin Burgy (Stephanie) of Austintown, Jacob Burgy of Newton Falls, Kelly Tate (Aaron) of Austintown, Hannah Chizmar of Youngstown, Geniene Hankey (Thomas) of Youngstown and Thomas Chizmar (Ryan) of Parma Heights; her grandchildren, Anson Hankey, Dominic Martucci, Aidan Hankey, Caleb Daugherty, Scarlet Burgy, Camren Daugherty, Christian Burgy, Greyson Burgy and Julian Tate; her siblings, Mary Pat Gilboy of Youngstown, William Carney (Mary) of Poland and Barbara Carney of Mesa, Ariz.; her sister-in-law Michelle Carney of Cleveland; and her husband Thomas J. Chizmar.
