He was predeceased by: his parents, George L. Sr. Jones and Flora Sutton Jones; his daughter Tracy Lynn Jones; and his siblings, Juanita McHellon, Thelma Jones and Marshall Jones.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, LaTeese Pegues (Jordan) of Youngstown and NateTay Jones Logan of Columbus; and his sister Christine Smith of Youngstown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church (1210 Himrod Ave, Youngstown, OH 44506). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
