He was predeceased by: his father John H. Forsythe. He is survived by: his mother Joanne M. Coletta Forsythe; his sisters, Christine McFerren (Robert) of Salem and Melissa Leslie (Jimmy III) of Austintown; his nieces and nephews, Jordan Shea (Dan), Zach McFerren, Tuck McFerren, Jimmy Leslie IV and Shayleigh Leslie; and his great-niece Saoirse Shea.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Edward J. Fox & Sons Funeral Home (4700 Market St, Youngstown, OH 44512). A prayer will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church (7345 Westview Dr, Boardman, OH 44512).
