She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert F. Johnson and Ethel Johnson (Pearson); her husband Thomas S. Lewis, Jr.; and her siblings, Carol Warne, Margaret Barber, Ronald Johnson and Gerald Johnson.

She is survived by : her sons, Thomas S. Lewis (Heather) of Youngstown and Christopher D. Lewis of Panama City, FL; and her pet Chloe.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Angels for Animals, 4750 W. South Range Rd., Canfield, OH 44406.
