Marie left this world on October 2, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. As Marie departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Marie. Though Marie may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore DiGiacomo and Mary Poidmore DiGiacomo; and her sister Josephine Deniro. She is survived by: her husband Nicholas J. Pupino; her sons, Dr. Samuel Pupino (Holly) of Fairlawn and Marc Pupino of Austintown; her siblings, Janina Schettino of California and Frank DiGiacomo of Boardman; and her grandchildren, Alyssa, Nicole, Nicholas (Hana), Maria and Christina Pupino.
A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Family Church (2729 Center Rd, Youngstown, OH 44514).
