He was predeceased by : his mother Karen Haag. He is survived by : his fiancée Gina Gender; his stepchildren, Gabby, Eric and Gracie "Gravy" Blankenship; his sister Jenifer Thomas (George) of Campbell; his nieces and nephews, George Jr., Tyler, Brooke, Cayden and Logan; his aunt Debbie Mickler (Thomas) of Canfield; his uncle Dale Haag (Kathy) of Youngstown; and his pet Princess.
In lieu of flowers, material tributes may take the form of donations to the family to assist them during this time. His legacy will be one of giving the gift of life through organ donation.
