He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Woodrow Tharp; his children, Julie Sterling (Travis), David Tharp (Elizabeth), Jeff Tharp, Todd Woodrow (Diane), Jason Woodrow (Jennifer) and Megan Horne (Sean); his grandchildren, Nicholas Roberts (Taylor), Ben Baldwin (Lyndsee), Erin Woodrow, Brit Woodrow, Jacob Horne, Grace Horne, Mia Sterling, Catie Woodrow, Lexi Woodrow, Derek Sullivan, Jenna Sullivan, Jessica Binning (Ryan), Adalyn, Ravyn Binning and Dustin Weaver (Shelby); his great grandchildren, Piper, Colbie and Tucker Roberts; his sister Viola Lynn; his nephew Pat Lynn (Annette); and his niece Cindy Davis (Jim).
