Maxwell Jr.; her stepsister Debbie Dingey (Gary); her stepsons, John Bates Jr. (Leona) and Chad Bates (Melissa); her daughter-in-law Shelly Kemp; her grandchildren, Kayla Jackson (Eric), Kyle Bates (Sydney) and Calli Bates; her great grandchildren, Adrienne, Amari, Zaire Jackson, Dallas, Jaxson, Dawson and Nash Bates; her stepgrandsons, Matthew Dingey (Heather) and Jason Dingey (Jennifer); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kaylee, Karsyn, Hannah, Anzleigh and Cy; her sibling's children, Jeana Cogswell and Thomas Maxwell (Teresa); her cousin Joy Keshav (RV); and her close friends, Leslie Hoskinson, Dee Mauri, Darla Mason, Lynn Petree and Cathy Mohler.
