He is survived by : his father John Lemley (Paula) of Duncan Falls; his children, Shawn of New Concord, Alexandrea of New Concord and Katelyn Lemley of New Concord; his brother Chris Lemley (Molly) of Frazeysburg; his stepsiblings, Kevin Garber and Kristina Smith (Justin) of Duncan Falls; and his nephews, Casey and Cade Lemley.
