She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert V. Schramm and Mildred Schramm (Armbrust); her husband John "Bill" Fitz; her grandson Douglas Baldwin; her sons-in-law, Tim Bash and Jim Bennett; her siblings, Virginia Hummel, Robert Schramm, Jr. and Dick; and her parents-in-law, David S. and Mary M. Fitz (Wagner).
She is survived by: her children, Marsha Norris (Pat), Linda Lutz, Kristy Hall (Jeff), Becky Cook (Roger), Sherry Bennett, Bill Fitz (Jean), Karen Bash and David Fitz. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren: seventeen great-grand-children; three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hillis Combs Funeral Home (935 Forest Ave, Zanesville, OH 43701). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Nicholas Catholic Church (925 E Main St, Zanesville, OH 43701).
