He is survived by: his wife Vickie Burtnett; his children, Shonda Carter (John), Justin Burtnett and Jessica Boring (Zack); his grandchildren, Jonathan Carter (Jade), Trevor Carter, Eliza Carter, Niklaus Burtnett, Wyatt Boring, Felicity Boring and Mia Boring; his great grandchild Cyras Carter; and his siblings, George Burtnett, Harold Burtnett, Trina Burtnett, Tim Willey (Margaret), Steve Willey, Linda Mathes (Pat), James Burtnett (Deb), Larry Burtnett (Lynn), Mary Burtnett Totman Smith, Carolyn Wickham (Ray) and David Burtnett (Shirley). He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, friends and family.
