Though Jacqueline may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Merril L. McCullough and Gertrude McCullough (Mann); her husband Andrew Ray Kolometz; and her siblings, Susan White and William McCullough.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Lotane (John) and Jeri Johnson (Jack); and her stepchildren, Andrea Mateer (John), Robin Bagley and David Kolometz (Sharon). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; seven step grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home (1271 Blue Ave, Zanesville, OH 43701). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
