He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Martin and Mabel Jane Martin (Jackson); and his siblings, Frances Middleton, Carol Porter, Phyllis Gentry, Fay Lawing and Grady Martin.

He is survived by: his wife Gloria J. Martin (Pavia); his children, Craig Martin of Zanesville, OH and Lisa Bock (Steve) of North Lewisburg, OH.; his grandchildren, Rachel Bock and Andrew Bock; and his sister JoAnn Kinley (Bobby) of Charlotte, NC..
