Though Jeffery may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jeffery leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas F. Wharton Sr. and Betty E. Markert Wharton. He is survived by: his daughter Valerie Sweet (Jason); his grandchildren, Jessica Mahaffey, Kyle Cincinat and Nathan Cincinat; his great grandchildren, Bryer Barr and Aubree Wade; and his sisters, Cynthia Hall and Gloria Morris (Earl). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
