Johnson (Jay) of Urbana; her grandchildren, Katie Wolfe, Elizabeth Cathey (Derek), J. B. Wolfe (Katie), Shane Johnson (Heather), Jace Johnson (Jenna Payne), Sydney Johnson, Preston Frick and Garrett Frick; her great grandchildren, Cruz Cathey, Lucah Cathey, Alliyah Johnson, Issac Johnson, Tyler Clewell and Rory Clewell; and her sister-in-law Diane McGough of Warren, MI..
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Zanesville Memorial Park (1475 Military Rd, Zanesville, OH 43701).
