Philip S. MacLaine III Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Philip S. MacLaine III of Zanesville, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 28, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia A. MacLaine (McCormick); his nephew Andrew Cole; and his parents-in-law, Bernie Baldwin and Betty Baldwin. He is survived by: his father Philip S. MacLaine Jr.; his wife Julie MacLaine (Baldwin); his daughters, Kasey Lenhart (Will) and Ally Himmelspach (Chase); his grandchildren, Jase of Zanesville, Mac Lenhart of Zanesville and Piper Himmelspach of Zanesville; and his sisters, Linda Cole (Dave) of St. Louis, MO and Beth Lianez (Tom) of Columbus, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls (383 Main St, Duncan Falls, OH 43734). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions in Phil's name to the West Muskingum Athletic Boosters at P.O. Box 653, Zanesville, Ohio.
