He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. McCormick and Vivian Maxine Nowell McCormick; and his siblings, Gordon McCormick and Sally Adams. He is survived by: his sons, James Edward McCormick II (Brenda), Troy Richard McCormick and Terry L. McCormick; his grandchildren, James E. McCormick III, Kayla N. McCormick, Beau W. McCormick, Jacob D. McCormick, Tucker McCormick, Taylor McCormick and Luke McCormick; his sister Woodie Hunt; and his nieces, Wendy King (Eric) and Erika Wickham. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
