She is survived by: her parents, Frank Fisk and Tammy Martin Fisk of Caldwell, OH.; her children, Angela Henthorne of Belle Valley, OH, Katherine Henthorne of Cambridge, OH, Derrick Fisk of Caldwell, OH, Shawna Smith of Caldwell, OH and Christopher Fisk of Zanesville, OH; her granddaughter Cora Henthorne; her sister Shirley Fisk of Cambridge, OH; and her grandparents, Roger and Linda Martin of Caldwell. She is also survived by extended family, uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
