He is survived by: his significant other Prestlene Ainsworth; his sister Earlene McDonald of Ada; his sons, James (Jim) of Odessa, FL and Carl W. of Blanchard, OK.; his granddaughters, Lelsi Gray of Grapevine, TX, Kelsi Martinez, Staci Gray, Caitlyn Gray, Alix Gray and Leah Gray; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Grant and Jay Martinez.
