With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lydia May Wideman in Ada, Oklahoma, born in Saint Elmo, Illinois, who passed away on September 1, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Orville Neil and Irma Scott (Ernst); her grandsons, James Scott Wideman and Alec Michael Hamilton; and her sister Leonore Gatewood.

She is survived by : her children, Frank Wideman of Enid and Sarah (Michael Hamilton) of Seattle; her grandchildren, Ashley Wideman, Colin Hamilton and Ryan Hamilton; and her sister Mary Kamaliazad. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Memorials may be made through Anderson-Burris to the children's library at the First United Methodist Church or Hospice Circle of Love.
