She was predeceased by : her parent Newll Coffman. She is survived by : her mother Shirley Coffman; her husband Peter Smith; her daughters, Ryi Spencer of Monkey Island, OK, Brigett Broyles (Luke) of Stillwater, OK and Erin Smith; and her brother Leonard Coffman (Angela) of Ripley, OK.
The family request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
